[Green]+[3]+[*] ditekan bareng2 dan tahan setelah power-on, ini akan mengembalikan selular sama seperti pada waktu beli (HARD FORMAT), pastikan baterai penuh. Biasanya orang2 akan upgrade firmware/software kalau ada masalah, tapi dengan ini tidak perlu lagi.

*#7370# - Soft format - balik seperti original, pastikan baterai penuh. Sama seperti Hard FORMAT tapi dalam keadaan nyala. INGAT: backup semua no. telp dan memory lainnya sebelum hilang semua.
